3D LASER CUTTING OF PIPES AND PROFILES
We perform three-dimensional laser cutting of pipes and profiles in METALWORKING BG with FIBER LAZER FB-3180-BN – an automated 3D laser cutting machine. 3D laser cutting of pipes and profiles is a modern technological solution for fast and high-quality production of various products from steel, aluminum and other metals. The tube laser is widely used in the furniture and transportation industries, in the automotive industry, in the construction of mechanical conveyors, warehouse equipment and railings for construction.
The automated laser tube cutting machine replaces a large number of traditional processing methods, and also enables the creation of entirely new patterns and assemblies impossible to create with previous machines.

PRECISE BENDING OF DETAILS
Bending of metal sheets allows changing the shape of the source material, obtaining complex shaped parts without the use of welding. This increases productivity and also contributes to high corrosion resistance of the final product.Also, through modern technologies, it is possible to achieve very complex bends even from the thinnest metal sheet. We have benders with a bending length of up to 3000 mm and a pressure force of up to 100 tons, thanks to which we guarantee perfect results in the production of details. We process a huge variety of sheet material. Including steel, aluminum, plasticized, galvanized, stainless, copper or brass sheet. WELDING
METALWORKING BG offers all types of welding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals: MIG/MAG - electric arc welding in a protective gas environment with a melting electrode, TIG – electric arc welding in a protective gas environment with a non-melting electrode and with automatic supply of additional material. VIG MICRO WELDING. REDZ - manual electric arc welding. SPOT electric resistance welding. We have 3D welding tables for assembling complex sheet and tube structures. Their dimensions are 3000/1500/200 mm and 4400/2000/200 mm. The use of special attachments and fixtures or the assembly of several tables together makes it possible to increase the dimensions of the assembled structures.
MECHANICAL PROCESSING
Mechanical processing of already cut parts - cleaning of edges after cutting, smoothing of welded seams and joints, polishing, grinding, are the necessary final step in the processing of elements of sheet materials. This type of processing is recommended not only for visual and aesthetic purposes, but also to improve the quality of subsequent coatings. We have special, automatic and manual machining machines that meet the requirements of the ISO standard for cutting edges. The types of mechanical processing of metals allow for different subsequent effects: polishing - mirror effect, satining (crossing) - brushed effect, matting - matte effect. In addition to decorative purposes, we machine many of the parts we manufacture after welding in preparation for subsequent coatings.
